Yep ... there's no online checkout, there's a reason for that 😉

We're a small, family-run Aussie business, and there's a lot more happening behind the scenes at AgriStag than simply packing an order and sending it out the door. We design, develop and personally manufacture our products right here in Australia. When you place an order, we're sourcing components, allocating time in our workshop and getting to work building your product.

We don't have shelves full of ready-made stock waiting to go out the door, and that's actually one of the things that makes working with us a little different!

We know agricultural machinery isn't always straightforward. Different models, different configurations, upgrades and modifications can all make a difference to what you need. That's why we encourage you to get in touch if you're unsure about anything. Whether you're checking compatibility, looking for something a little different or trying to achieve a particular setup, we're always happy to talk it through. And because we manufacture our own products, we can often make adjustments or develop tailored solutions to suit your requirements.

Ordering a Few Things? Let's Talk Discounts!

Here's something you might not know: the prices you see on our website are based on a 1-off build. If you're ordering several items, upgrading multiple machines or putting together a complete setup, get in touch. Depending on what you're purchasing, we can often offer package pricing or multi-product discounts.

​

We can't promise a discount on every order, but we're always happy to see what we can do - we see it as paying it forward for supporting us!

Returns & Refunds – Why We Do Things Differently

 

Because we manufacture to order, we don't accept returns or offer refunds simply because someone changes their mind, orders the wrong product or decides they no longer need it. It's not because we don't want to help. When you place an order, we commit our time, source materials and manufacture a product specifically because you've asked us to. Without your order, we wouldn't have incurred those costs, or could have taken on different orders in its place. As a small family business, we simply can't absorb those costs. Its not as simple as putting products back on a shelf and hoping someone else buys them. That's why we're so big on helping you get things right before you order. If you're unsure whether a product will suit your machinery, your operators or the way you intend to use it, please ask us first.

 

We'd genuinely prefer you hold off purchasing until you're confident it's the right solution.

 

Custom Builds & One-Off Solutions

 

Got an idea or a tricky problem that needs solving? We love a challenge! Whether you're a farmer, dealership or OEM, we're always happy to explore custom solutions. We don't charge for the time we spend researching or designing a solution. Our quotes cover the materials, sourcing, manufacturing, testing and, where applicable, installation, based on the information available to us and what we reasonably expect will work. Custom projects can come with unknowns, particularly when working with existing machinery or third-party systems. While we put our experience into developing the right solution, we can't guarantee that everything outside our control will work as expected. If unexpected issues arise or additional work is needed, we'll discuss your options and any extra costs before proceeding.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

 

We stand behind the products we manufacture and the work that goes into them. If something isn't right with your product, please get in touch. We'll work with you to investigate the issue and find an appropriate resolution (such as repair or replacement) in accordance with our warranty terms.
