AgriStag Refer a Mate Program — Terms & Conditions

 

1. Eligibility

• The new customer (“Mate”) must be a first-time Farmer-Direct customer of AgriStag.
   

• A “new customer” means no prior direct purchases under the same name, entity, or account.
   

• Both the referring customer (“You”) and the new customer must:
   

  • Follow AgriStag on Facebook or Instagram, and
     

  • Tag at least three (3) mates in the comments of the referral promotion post on AgriStag’s social channels.
     

2. Qualifying Orders

• The new customer’s referral discount applies only to orders of $500 (ex GST) or more, paid in full during the promotional period.
   

• Only one referral discount may be applied per order.
   

3. Discount for the New Customer

• The new customer receives 5% off their first qualifying order.
   

4. Reward for the Referring Customer

• The referring customer receives a 5% AgriStag discount voucher for each successful referral.
   

• Vouchers will be issued via email once the new customer’s order is confirmed and paid in full.
   

• The maximum referral credit redeemable on any single order is capped at 5%.
   

• Multiple vouchers may be accumulated, but each voucher must be used on a separate qualifying order.
   

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
   

5. Exclusions

• Referral rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
   

• Orders placed by existing customers or repeat accounts under the same entity are not eligible.
   

• Dealer/OEM bulk orders are excluded unless specifically agreed by AgriStag.
   

6. General

• AgriStag reserves the right to vary, suspend, or cancel the program at any time.
   

• Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Privacy & Data

• To verify eligibility and issue referral rewards, AgriStag may collect the name, social media handle, phone number and email address of both the referring customer and the new customer.​

• This information will only be used to:

  • Confirm qualifying orders,

  • Allocate referral discounts and vouchers, and

  • Communicate directly with participants about the program.

• AgriStag will not sell or share this information with third parties.

​​

• Participation in the program constitutes consent to this use of personal information.
