Got a JDLink Boost™ kit that would be handy in more than one place? That's exactly why we built this.


The AgriStag Tough Case™ brings the key components, wiring and connections of your JDLink Boost™ setup together in one portable unit, giving you the flexibility to move it between compatible machines, vehicles and applications rather than committing the hardware to a permanent installation.


Inside, there’s provision for all current JDLink Boost™ kit configurations, including the housing and connection of compatible MTG and M-Modem equipment. Internal wiring keeps the setup contained, while external power and antenna connections mean you can get connected without pulling the case apart every time it moves.


Integrated mounting keeps everything where it belongs, while padlock points give you the option to secure the case when required.


Moving it regularly? 


Additional CAT6 ethernet cables can be installed in individual machines, so the cable can stay with the machine and there’s less to move each time.

JDLink Boost™ kit and associated John Deere hardware are not included.

Compatibility

Designed to accommodate all current JDLink Boost™ kit configurations, with provision for the housing and connection of compatible MTG and M-Modem equipment.

The Tough Case™ can receive 12V power via its USB-C power connection. If powering from an in-cab convenience/cigarette-lighter outlet, a suitable 12V USB-C adapter is required.

Compatible connected JDLink™ equipment housed within the case retains its existing John Deere Operations Center™ functionality.

Fitment & Routing

Inside the case:
Mount the JDLink Boost™ brackets, Wi-Fi booster and power inverter using the provided mounting provisions and internal wiring. If using an M-Modem, connect it to the pre-wired internal harness.

Power:
Connect the external USB-C or JDLink Boost™ power cable to a suitable 12V power source.

Antenna:
Secure the satellite antenna in a suitable external location and connect the ethernet cable to the external connection on the Tough Case™.

Moving between machines?
Additional CAT6 ethernet cables can be installed in individual machines, reducing the amount of cabling that needs to move with the Tough Case™.
