About
Bring John Deere rate control to your Gason air cart.
The AgriStag Gason 3-Bin Air Cart Harness provides the electrical interface required to connect a three-bin Gason air cart to a John Deere Dry Rate Controller.
The harness allows the existing air cart system to integrate with the John Deere rate controller, enabling functions including:
Automatic rate control
Variable rate application
Full-width section control
GPS-based speed
The cart's existing bin level sensors are retained, with no requirement to replace them as part of the conversion.
The harness provides the interface between the Gason air cart and John Deere rate-control system. The functionality itself is provided by the Dry Rate Controller and associated John Deere precision ag equipment.
Compatibility
Designed for:
- Three-bin Gason air carts
- John Deere Dry Rate Controller
- Existing Gason bin level sensors
If you're unsure whether your particular Gason configuration is suitable, send us your air cart details and we'll confirm compatibility before manufacture.
Fitment & Routing
The harness is purpose-built to connect the John Deere Dry Rate Controller to the existing electrical components on the three-bin Gason air cart, providing the required interface without replacing the existing bin level sensors. Connections and harness lengths are configured around the air cart application for clean routing across the implement.
