The AgriStag JD Dry Rate Controller Air Cart Harness provides a complete air cart harnessing solution for integrating a John Deere Dry Rate Controller with legacy 1, 2, 3 or 4-bin air carts.
Rather than adapting multiple ageing product, bin and electronic control unit harnesses, our harness replaces and consolidates the existing control wiring into a purpose-built system connecting the front extension harness, Dry Rate Controller and air cart components.
It can be configured for ground drive or hydraulic drive air carts, with the required connections built around the number of bins and existing cart configuration.
Depending on the application, the harness can provide connections for:
Individual bin meter control
Individual bin clutch control on ground drive systems
Hydraulic drive control
Implement height sensing for automatic shut-off when the implement is raised
Fan RPM
Bin pressure
Bin level sensing
Rear extension for additional rate controllers or ISOBUS systems

Fitment & Routing
The harness provides the electrical path between the front extension harness, John Deere Dry Rate Controller and air cart control and feedback components. It replaces the multiple product, bin and ECU harnessing arrangements commonly found on legacy carts with a consolidated harness designed around the individual air cart. Provision can also be incorporated for a rear extension connection, allowing additional rate controllers or rear-mounted ISOBUS implements and systems to be connected where required.
