The AgriStag Electric Air Cart Motor Driver provides the interface required to control electric-drive air cart metering motors through a John Deere Dry Rate Controller.
Designed for 4-bin electric-drive systems, the unit connects between the Dry Rate Controller's primary 37-pin connection and the air cart harness, while separate high-current connections provide the power required by the electric drive system.
The motor driver and associated harnessing are housed and configured as a purpose-built system, avoiding the need to create a complex collection of relays, power wiring and interface harnessing during installation.
This provides a clean way to incorporate electric meter drives into a John Deere rate-control system, with the control and high-current requirements brought together in one solution.

Fitment & Routing
The Electric Air Cart Motor Driver connects between the John Deere Dry Rate Controller's primary 37-pin connector and the air cart harness. Separate high-current leads connect to the tractor's high-current power supply, providing the power required for the electric motor drive system. The system is supplied with purpose-built harnessing to provide clean routing between the rate controller, motor driver, high-current power supply and air cart, reducing unnecessary wiring and connection points. Harnessing should be secured appropriately and routed clear of moving components, pinch points and sharp edges.
