Bring GreenStar rate control to a simple 3-section boom spray.
The AgriStag GreenStar Rate Controller 3-Section Boom Spray Harness provides the electrical interface required to operate a 3-point linkage boom spray through a John Deere GreenStar Rate Controller.
Originally designed for custom-fabricated boom sprays fitted with TeeJet regulator and section valves, the harness brings the spray-control connections together into a purpose-built system for three-section applications.
When used with the appropriate GreenStar Rate Controller and supporting precision ag equipment, the completed system can provide automatic rate control, section control, variable rate application and GPS-based speed, bringing modern rate-control functionality to an otherwise relatively simple boom spray.
Compatibility
The standard harness is designed for 3-section 3-point linkage boom sprays fitted with TeeJet regulator and section valves, operating through a John Deere GreenStar Rate Controller. The harness can also be modified to suit other boom spray configurations, valves and regulators. If your setup differs from the standard configuration, send us the details of your boom and spray-control components and we'll confirm what we can manufacture to suit.
Fitment & Routing
Designed to replace and consolidate the existing spray-control harnessing, with clearly routed connections for the section valves, regulator and GreenStar Rate Controller. The standard configuration is purpose-built around a compact 3-point linkage boom spray, but harness lengths and connections can be modified to suit other boom layouts and components. Clearly defined connections simplify initial installation and future servicing, and can provide a practical electrical solution when refurbishing or re-birthing an older boom spray rather than replacing an otherwise serviceable implement.
