The AgriStag GreenStar Ready Harness Kit provides the electrical infrastructure required to bring modern John Deere precision ag equipment to front wheel assist tractors that were never ordered GreenStar or AutoTrac ready.
Designed for use with the John Deere Precision Ag Essentials Kit, the system goes beyond simply powering a display and receiver. It integrates with the tractor's service diagnostic connection, allowing machine information to be communicated to the display and Mobile Telematics Gateway (MTG), helping keep valuable machine data such as fuel consumption connected with agronomic data.
At the rear of the tractor, an ISOBUS connection with integrated constant power prepares the machine for compatible rate controllers, implement receivers and ISOBUS implements.
Inside the cab, connections are provided for:

Ethernet
RS232
Radar
In-cab ISOBUS
This provides flexibility for both current precision ag equipment and legacy rate-control systems that may still be used with the tractor.
Receiver and MTG wiring is routed beneath the cab roof, keeping the harnessing protected from the elements and contributing to a cleaner finished installation.
DESIGNED FOR A CLEANER INSTALLATION
The kit is divided into three interconnecting harnesses, allowing the system to be routed through the tractor without de-pinning connectors or running harnessing externally around the machine.
This makes it possible to achieve a more integrated installation while still providing the range of connections required for steering, machine communications, implement control and telematics.

Compatibility
Suitable to fit to any non-articulated tractor, this harness kit empowers farmers with legacy tractors to adopt more modern farming practices.
Fitment & Routing
The harness consists of three parts, including two bulkhead mating connectors. By drilling two 1 1/2" holes (one through the floor and one through the internal roof liner), the harness can be fitted to the tractor without the requirement to de-pin connectors. Routed up the front right-hand pillar, behind the factory panelling, and tucked under the right-hand wheel arch panelling, the harness gives a minimalistic install for a near factory look. The harness utilises the switched power source in the diagnostic port to automatically turn the system on and off on key cycle. This white wire with an orange trace has its own connector, allowing it to be disconnected from the diagnostic port power, enabling the switched power trigger to be taken from an alternate source.
