About
The GreenStar Ready Harness Kit is specifically designed for use with the John Deere Precision Ag Essentials Kit to fit to non-GreenStar Ready front wheel assist machines. This harness incorporates connections from the service diagnostic port, to feed machine information to the display and Mobile Telematics Gateway to keep valuable data like fuel consumption tied to agronomic data. ISOBUS connection at the rear of the machine with integrated constant power harness to ensure the machine is ready for a rate controller or implement receiver to be towed behind. Display, ethernet, RS232, radar, and in-cab ISOBUS connectors in the cab to ensure even legacy rate controllers are accounted for. This harness also keeps the wiring to the receiver and MTG safely protected from the elements under the roof. Broken into 3 interconnecting harnesses to allow for installation without the requirement to de-pin connectors or route the harness on the exterior of the machine. Compatible with either AutoTrac Universal or AutoTrac Controller field-install hydraulic kits.
Compatability
Suitable to fit to any non-articulated tractor, this harness kit empowers farmers with legacy tractors to adopt more modern farming practices.
Fitment & Routing
The harness consists of three parts, including two bulkhead mating connectors. By drilling two 1 1/2" holes (one through the floor and one through the internal roof liner), the harness can be fitted to the tractor without the requirement to de-pin connectors. Routed up the front right-hand pillar, behind the factory panelling, and tucked under the right-hand wheel arch panelling, the harness gives a minimalistic install for a near factory look.
The harness utilises the switched power source in the diagnostic port to automatically turn the system on and off on key cycle. This white wire with an orange trace has its own connector, allowing it to be disconnected from the diagnostic port power, enabling the switched power trigger to be taken from an alternate source.
