About
Purpose-built OEM harnessing for complex spreader control.
Developed for Coolamon Chaserbins, this AgriStag OEM harnessing solution integrates a Raven Control Module with the control and feedback systems used across Coolamon Spreader and Spreader Chaser applications.
Rather than combining multiple independent wiring systems, the harness brings the machine's rate-control functions, hydraulic controls, sensors and supporting systems together into a purpose-built electrical architecture.
Depending on the machine configuration, the system supports:
Dual spinner control
Belt control
Adjustable gate height control
Spinner RPM feedback
Belt RPM feedback
Gate height feedback
Spinner temperature monitoring
Integration with Libra Cart by Agrimatics weigh-scale systems
The Libra Cart integration also enables automatic switching functionality, bringing weight information and machine control together as part of the broader system.
This product remains manufactured by AgriStag for Coolamon Chaserbins as an OEM solution and is featured here as an example of our capability to design and manufacture production-ready harnessing for agricultural machinery manufacturers.

Compatibility
This harnessing was developed specifically for Coolamon Chaserbins and their Spreader and Spreader Chaser configurations using Raven rate control. Depending on the machine configuration, the system can integrate control and feedback from the spinners, belt, gate-height system, associated sensors and compatible Libra Cart by Agrimatics equipment. It is an OEM-specific product manufactured for Coolamon Chaserbins, rather than a universal retrofit harness for other spreaders.
Fitment & Routing
Harnessing is configured around the individual Coolamon machine architecture, providing purpose-built routing between the Raven Control Module, hydraulic control functions, feedback sensors and associated systems. The design consolidates these connections into a repeatable OEM harnessing solution rather than requiring individual machines to be wired from separate generic components during production.
