One controller. Different tractors. Same implement setup.

This purpose-built enclosure and connection system designed to house a separately sourced John Deere Universal CAN Controller (UCC) with the controller staying where its configuration is needed: with the implement.

For cab-mounted UCC applications such as scraper control and implement steering, each implement retains its own dedicated harnessing. The Tough Case allows the UCC to be housed securely with the implement, rather than permanently installed in one tractor.

That means another suitably equipped tractor can back up to the same implement and connect to the existing setup. Provided the required hydraulic functionality is compatible, the UCC retains the implement's existing configuration, so it doesn't need to be reconfigured simply because you've changed tractors.

The Tough Case itself is fitted out by AgriStag with the internal wiring and external connections required for the intended application, while providing a protected home for the UCC.

We've developed these setups for applications including scraper control, implement steering and distance-trip functionality, with the harnessing configured around what the system actually needs to do.

DISTANCE-TRIP APPLICATIONS

For hydraulic rotor buck applications, AgriStag can provide the required harnessing as part of the solution. Electric-solenoid applications require their own compatible harnessing.
